Ik begrijp het denk ik wel. Je komt van de opleiding af en wilt aan het werk als leerkracht. Je wordt benaderd door \u00e9\u00e9n van de vele recruiters en laat je overhalen door hen om via hen aan het werk te gaan als ZZP-er in het onderwijs. Het grote voordeel voor jou is dat je zekerheid hebt omtrent je aanstelling, soms zelfs een auto er bij of andere ‘perks’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Op zich is het eigenlijk de schuld van de besturen zelf dat met name de schoolverlaters massaal binnen gehaald worden door de recruiters. Men had natuurlijk de schoolverlaters zelf een vast contract kunnen aanbieden waardoor de recruiter geen kans maakte……….<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

De meeste uitzendbureaus verhuren jou om les te geven. Al het extra werk dat niet binnen de lesgebonden taken valt mag je zomaar overslaan. Misschien is dat precies wat je wilt? Hoe mooi het ook klinkt, besef eens wat je eigenlijk doet als uitzend leerkracht in het onderwijs. Je trekt eigenlijk richting je collega’s een hele lange neus; doen jullie maar mooi al dat extra werk, ik ga lekker naar huis. Doen jullie maar fijn die oudergesprekken, ik ga lekker naar huis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
